Tile Roof Attachments

Powersmart's proprietary tile mounting system is a high quality and structurally sound attachment for tile roofs. The main connection is formed between an  anodised aluminium L-bracket and a roof truss. The L-bracket is attached through the side of the truss rather than through the top which provides a better connection without the chance of damaging thinner rafters.

A stainless steel roof hook is connected to the L-bracket which is designed to pass under the roof tiles, providing support for our rails and solar modules.   Powersmart’s tile bracket is the only tile bracket in the market which is cyclone wind rated and allows a distance between fixings of up to 1.8 meters.  Less fixings means less time on site and a lower installation cost.
