Last month M2 Magazine featured an article on the changing face of solar power. Once criticised as being unreliable, expensive and “not quite ready to handle your everyday needs”, solar is now perceived as an economical and practical option for your everyday energy needs. Our Tokelau Renewable Energy project is referenced in the article highlighting the revolutionary nature of being able to power a whole nation with solar. “No longer is solar power simply a buzzword among greenies – instead, it is on the verge of sparking a major overhaul of the energy sector signalling a potential transfer of power firmly into the hands of users.”
